Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
• A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) must be provided

Exclusions from return:

• Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal
• Opened wax melts or used items that cannot be hygienically resold are non-returnable
• Digital downloads and virtual products are not eligible for refund once accessed

Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery via readysetgameshop@gmail.com and mention:

• Your order number
• Which item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)

Once your return is approved, I will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Return shipping costs

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, unless the item was delivered damaged
• Always use a trackable shipping method; I cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

• Refunds cover the cost of the product only
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on my part
